Must taxpayers pay the cost to rescue persons who voluntarily risk their lives mountain climbing,etc.,etc.??? - high climbing search

I'm not normal, such as hiking and climbing .. I am referring to those who know that they risk their lives climbing the highest or most dangerous places .. Most of them are successful, many thousands of dollars in spending for each site, and sometimes with profit motives, and so on. If you have problems, (various government departments fully funded by taxes) to participate directly by spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, with the latest types of helicopters and rescue teams .. and endangers the lives of many ... and then as the news on the lookout for bailouts week .. My question also applies to those balloons fly as high a famous millionaire who wants to travel by plane, which establish a record, so the rescue teams to participate .. Shallrequired to obtain insurance, to reimburse expenses related to his rescue. and not, should be required, a waiver of the help or hindrance Login
do what they want ..
