What is the proper amount of food i should be eating each day? - diabetic exchange amounts
I am a man of 22 years. I weigh 340 pounds and 6'5 hours. I am also type 2 diabetes. I do what I need to eat to trade every day. Not only for weight loss. But keep my level of sugar in the blood. Help?

The food is what you eat .... it so that anyone on a diet ....
Consider lifestyle
Do you agree with the changes, how they think and feel about food

Do not believe it as a system, but keep them for a change of lifestyle
