Maxima Fishing Line What Would Be The Most Effective Trolling Rig For 30lb Line?

What would be the most effective trolling rig for 30lb line? - maxima fishing line

I am a novice fisherman trawling my first team. I have a torque of 30 pounds and are eager to fish with him. Target species are toothed wahoo, mackerel and barracuda, with occasional kingfish. Current sizes are less than 25 pounds.

I'm going to trawl deep diving plugs. I plan to put a bimini on the main line connected to 30 pounds and improved about 6 m 60 s / w Pound by a knot Albright. What do you recommend for the installation as a leader? How can a short cable platform for maximum efficiency? If I change lures often, I finished the race turned and just use a flash at the end? As the cable to my monkey?

Thank you!
Neo

Sounds like a lot of complex machines - the main line, double line, leader and leader of the heavy wire - especially the fish of the 20-pound class. The more nodes and other connections, the points of greatest potential breakoff.

After my experience in drag (and albacore tuna, especially with some wahoo and dorado), the thick line to support the first attack with the vessel in motion. Then it's like fighting a hooked fish from a boat in motion. If your main test line of 30 books, is on the heavier line to the end not in a position much help in the strike, and you can get in the way that later.

You can use a strong leader for the teeth and bear against the movement of the attraction, but there is no need for a double line, or another officer of the leaders and pipeline - mostly. But I have a lot of tuna (20-50 pounds) drag with feathers or Rapala CD-18 is directly connected to the main line.

I think the history of the double line and long leaders is to enable a sailor the ability to achieve a big fish in the final meters of the derailment, OTo Protect against the skin and the tail of friction on the fishing line in a long struggle - the need for big marlin, tuna and sharks, but not with 20 pounds. My opinion on this is that you only add, the more points of potential failure for the system as needed.

I'll just add a pan (or pin of a complete end to give) to the main line of the famous tie and Chief Twisted Crimp 6 meters or more at the other end of the pan (or crimp in a loop at the end of the leader and placed on the use of the snap swivel clip on the main line.) 6 feet should be sufficient to maintain the vital connections to interfere with the effect of the attraction, but short enough, if you receive the leading end of the shaft of the fish is close enough to gaff.

(My other take on this route is 30 pounds, is a kind of light to bottom trawling on the high seas - you'll have your drag just enough to keep the bait that will move online or to win the first strike result in a fast break-even. But it also depends on how fast you are trolling. ONo west coast, is the drift velocity is often 8-10 knots and diving plugs have a huge amount of drag at this speed, if the resistance is too narrow. If you slow down, it is not so much a problem. Usually troll with 50-80 kg of proof.)

Peter_AZ has excellent advice. Listen to his explanation about safe handling.

However, no fish of 25 kg over 30 LB test is "exaggerated".

Www.floridasportsman.com go and ask the same question in the Forum. PRO Kids, Kingfish roam this forum and help you with any Q they can. Heck, it could even, if you fish or "trade" of a fishing trip!

Hope this help you? Good luck!
