Chicken is good for protein and fat in fat, fish is good for protein. If you need more protein muscle mass you are trying to win, is the ideal fuel for the body. Have a protein shake every day with 40 grams If you try, do not forget to take the reorganization within 30 minutes after a workout, the best results. She has a lot of protein, calories, but higher than, say, tofu. I personally recommend soy products because they are heart healthy and full of protein. And beans are a good source of energy.

Yes, it really is.

To strengthen the muscles that need plenty of protein, and means the loading of meat.

The chicken is good, as is also low in fat. Too much red meat (beef) is not so good for you.
