I run at least three marathons a year and can tell you, I always think about my knee. I do not think there was even a training season in which they have at least a knee injury that made me relax a minor update or two. I know that the experiences of my friends are listening to, I'm not alone.

So far no one has enough away from me, knocking to be good (on wood) has been, and only two injuries were sufficient to waive the formation of this season. These injuries occurred when I run marathon started. In order to continue training, muscles, tendons and cartilage around the joints become stronger, so that they are less susceptible to injury.

There are certain precautions you can take to avoid injury. It is important not to sudden jumps in the intensity of your workout, so no surprises that will shock your body. This means that any increase in mileage over twenty miles per week hill training if you run the hills change shoes before they are implemented, run and before and after birth. It is a question of equipment, training surfaces, and happiness. Having the chance to have good genes. I know people who have blown up the knees of air, driven with very little, and the people who are high mileage and never had any problems. Most drivers do not have any surgical implants.

Many distance runners tend to avoid their mileage, routes and directions to mix too many injuries. Moreover, they are actually in contact if they need to change your shoes - and shoes appropriate to begin with, and leads to good mechanics (also a key to prevent injuries to nothing). Another area that many drivers do not believe that in the gym. You need not be big raise, but to put the balance in the muscles will help you do all this - plus, if you have any kind of hills in your career, has strength, the legs will help you power through the mountains.
